masunt has added a new fire department depot to its product range:
The depot with VdS double-bit conversion lock was developed for the storage of (company) keys. The stainless steel product can also be used as a fire department key depot.
The product is equipped with a VdS-certified double-bit conversion lock from dormakaba (former Mauer) of type 70091. The depot meets the specifications of the VdS for use as a fire department key depot of type "B". Type "B" means that the depot is not connected to a fire alarm system of burglar alarm system.
The product is supplied with two keys of the same individual lock. This allows the masunt depot to be used for private or commercial key handovers. When the safe is to be used as a fire department key depot (FSD), the depot is handed over to the fire department including one key. The key is required to convert the lock of the default lock setting to the lock setting of the respective fire department.
The new stainless steel key depot with double-bit conversion lock is of a high-quality finish, offers more space than comparable products and is supplied with two double-bit keys.
With the fire department key depot with double-bit conversion lock, masunt is expanding its range of fire department depots and supplementing the M3 depots - profile half-cylinder (PHZ) -.
