LIKE MAGIC is a digital hospitality platform for the intelligent and optimised management of operations, with the aim of providing a seamless experience for all stakeholders. It was developed by hospitality experts from Switzerland.
The platform is simultaneously a booking portal, guest portal, employee platform and monitoring tool. The SaaS solution for hotel management and communication is designed to connect guests, employees and operators.
LIKE MAGIC is also designed to help reduce operating costs and increase employee productivity. Employees should be able to fulfil 80% of their daily tasks with LIKE MAGIC.
The central feature of LIKE MAGIC is its customisability and adaptation to specific needs and local conditions. The web app can be customised to the branding and expanded with local content such as services or guest cards. This goes so far that different locations can be customised. Guest profiles, which automatically record behavioural and transaction data, can be used to provide guests with tailored offers.

LIKE MAGIC and masunt
The connection applies to all safes in the E Code model range.
After successful setup, you can use LIKE MAGIC to send codes directly to your guests.
A code is generated for each booking, which is valid on the day of arrival and the following day. Another code is also generated that can be used on the day of departure and the day before. This ensures that your guests can organise their arrival and departure in a reliable and convenient way.
After purchasing the ‘LIKE MAGIC Integration’ product, you will receive an email with instructions on how to activate your safe. If you are an existing customer and already manage your safe via codelocksconnect.net, you can no longer use your safe in this account.
Please note: If you already manage your safe via codelocksconnect.net, further use of this account is not possible. Existing credits in your Codelocks account cannot be refunded in this case.

Integrate the code allocation of your masunt E Code models automatically into bookings via LIKE MAGIC. By purchasing the “LIKE MAGIC Integration” article, you can connect existing and new masunt e-code safes to your LIKE MAGIC account and automatically initiate code allocation via the LIKE MAGIC portal. Please note that only models with a 7-digit online code procedure can be used with LIKE MAGIC. After successful setup, you can send codes to your guests directly via LIKE MAGIC.
