Via the interface, ibelsa is connected to our masunt Connect platform, on which the management of our masunt compartment safes takes place. This means that key organization can be done easily and conveniently centralized via ibelsa.
What is ibelsa?
ibelsa.rooms is a powerful cloud-based hotel software. It was developed as a solution to the ever-increasing complexity in hotel management. As a central contact point, it is intended to simplify work processes and shorten and optimize work steps.
With the help of Ibelsa you can process your reservations, manage arrivals and check-outs and have an overview of current guests, occupancy plan and category overview and can immediately check availability. In addition, ibelsa offers the opportunity to handle your invoice management easily. All invoice data is automatically prepared for financial accounting and invoice creation can also be carried out here.
Furthermore, ibelsa offers extensive analysis and evaluation options to get to know your customers better and optimize internal work processes.

ibelsa – Individual solution for different requirements
Since every accommodation provider, whether hotel, guesthouse, hostel, boarding house or holiday home, has different requirements and challenges, ibelsa relies on a modular structure. In addition to the basic module, other modules such as automated mailings, registration form management, a module for planning and implementing events or the management of other rooms such as meeting rooms, event locations or even parking spaces can be booked.
It is also possible to connect ibelsa to a variety of third-party systems via the interface (API). ibelsa already has a considerable number of connections and is constantly working on expanding the portfolio. This includes connections to channel managers, working time recording systems, cash register systems, locking systems, dispensing systems and many more.
ibelsa and masunt
In order to make everyday hotel life easier and also enable key management with the help of our key handover solutions, we worked with ibelsa to connect the masunt Connect platform to ibelsa. This means that the masunt compartment safes can be used together with the hotel software ibelsa.
When booking, guests receive a valid access code fully automatically, which they can use to take their room key or key cards from the compartment safe. This offers the great advantage that the key handover can take place completely without personnel and, above all, outside opening hours.
At the moment there are 2 options:
- either guests receive a valid code for the entire booking period
- or just for the day of arrival, i.e. for checking in
