Resatur GmbH with its masunt brand has developed a new service safe together with KIWI.KI GmbH, using KIWI’s very own technology to open up new possibilities in property management. The product is marketed under the name KIWI safe.
KIWI enables keyless access to properties with innovative hardware and software. Especially in situations where service providers are to have access to properties at recurring intervals, KIWI saves both time and money in the service process. For example, if tradespeople can use the app to access and work efficiently in individual residential properties without any need for a key.
But keys aren’t the only things that can be deposited; KIWI transponders can be stored and handed over too.
KIWI’s digital locking system isn’t just an interesting solution for large housing associations, but also to service companies with decentralised locations and companies operating in the housing sector and industry, not to mention public institutions.
KIWI is now supplemented in selected projects by the service safe produced by masunt.
The masunt team is looking forward to its new cooperative relationship with KIWI.KI GmbH and is expanding its key handover solutions to include the pioneering keyless access market.
