This original replacement lock is specially designed for the masunt 520 M Code and masunt 540 M Code key depots. It enables quick and easy repair or replacement if the existing lock is damaged or defective. This replacement lock is compatible with all masunt E Code key safes and key vaults. It is specially designed for easy and straightforward installation on your masunt E Code key safe or key vault and is equipped with firmware developed specifically for the E Code models.

Particularly when our stainless steel products are installed outdoors, flash rust can form over time (especially near the coast), negatively impacting the appearance of the stainless steel finish. The high-quality stainless steel finish is preserved in the long term too thanks to the cleaning and care set developed specifically for our products. The stainless steel care oil prevents small particles that later go on to form flash rust from sticking to our solutions. Depending on the weather conditions, we recommend using the care oil and a microfibre polishing cloth to treat your product one to three times a year. If flash rust has already formed on your product, removing it to restore your product to its sparkling splendour is child’s play with the cleaning and polishing paste and the supplied special sponge. In this way, the key safe blends in perfectly with the overall appearance of the wall. Since the frame, just like the 1420 E code, is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the combination of key safe and frame gives a harmonious overall appearance. Security aspect of flush mounting In addition to the optical evaluation through the use of the flush-mounted frame, flush-mounted installation has another advantage: thanks to an inlet into the wall, the safe offers fewer points of attack for vandalism, etc.
