Electronic door lock CL5010 DND with ‘Do not disturb’ function

Product number: CL5010DND-S

Product information "Electronic door lock CL5010 DND with ‘Do not disturb’ function"

The CL5000 Do-Not-Disturb lock is a further development of the proven, robust digital CL5000 and includes additional data protection functions for access control. It also features our NetCode® technology, which provides temporary, time-limited NetCodes, in addition to the standard functions of the CL5000.

Do not disturb function

The special feature of the CL5010 DND is the ‘Do not disturb’ function. The lock can be set to do-not-disturb mode at the touch of a button. If the lock is in this mode, a red LED lights up, signalling to other people that access is not wanted. If an attempt is nevertheless made to open the lock by entering a user code, an alarm signal sounds.

The lock can therefore only be opened by entering the master or sub-master code, thus ensuring that no-one who does not have one of these codes can temporarily enter.

Access methods

Manual codes

Up to 80 user codes and 10 one-time user codes can be memorised for opening. The one-time user codes lose their validity after use and can no longer be used to open the door. There is also an 8-digit master code and an 8-digit sub-master code. These are primarily important for programming, but can also be used to open the lock.

With the exception of the one-time codes, all these code types are permanently valid.

NetCodes

It is also possible to generate time-limited netcodes. These can only be used to open the lock during the defined period and then automatically lose their validity.

Credits for the E Code products’ online code function: 100 Credits
In addition to the manual master and user codes, the key safes and repositories in the ‘E Code’ series offer the option of creating seven-digit ‘online codes’ with a time-limited validity period that can be conveniently sent to guests, service providers or third parties by email or text message. You must register and link the electronic safe with the online portal operated by Codelocks Ltd., our cooperation partner, at https://www.codelocksconnect.net to allocate online codes. You will receive 20 credits for free when you register to get you started. One credit each is required to generate an online code and to send a text message directly from the portal. Credits must be purchased in advance (prepaid). There are no ongoing costs or contractual commitments! You have complete control from the online portal and can grant and withdraw time-limited access permissions from absolutely anywhere. You determine the code’s validity period, start date and start time. Codes stop working as soon as their set validity periods have elapsed, so the key safes can no longer be accessed. The profile can be used to create additional users who have the permissions to create online codes but cannot otherwise add, edit or delete locks. How do the online codes work? Our explanatory video shows exactly how the online codes work - without a connection to the internet, radio or electricity. You can find it here on the product detail page under the "Explanatory video" tab or in the Videos section. This special feature makes the codes particularly suitable for remote locations where access and key management need to be organised and controlled. IMPORTANT: Codelocks user account You will need an account on the online portal operated by Codelocks Ltd., our cooperation partner, to buy the credits. If you do not have a user account on the online portal yet, please be sure to create one using this link before placing your order. If you already have an account or have just registered with Codelocks, please enter the email address you used so the credits can be credited to you once your purchase is complete. Do you need even more credits?  Then send us a short email to info(at)masunt.com, specifying how many credits you’d like / your needs, and we’ll prepare a custom quote for you.
