vOffice is another all-in-one solution for vacation rentals. The software offers a variety of innovative functions & automation options. Ideal for vacation rental agencies of any size. In order to integrate the automated code allocation for our e-code models into the process, it is necessary to purchase this integration.

Each guest receives a personal access code when booking, which is valid on the day of arrival and the following day. A special code is also available for departure, which can be used on the day of departure and the day before. This solution ensures an uncomplicated and convenient arrival and departure for your guests. After purchasing the “vOffice integration item”, you will receive an e-mail with all the necessary activation instructions for your safe. Please note: If you already manage your safe via codelocksconnect.net, further use of this account is not possible. Existing credits in your Codelocks account cannot be refunded in this case.

The cost of using the service is 59 € (price incl. VAT) per lock per year.

The service is automatically renewed annually for a further year if it is not canceled 30 days before the end of the activation period.
