Resatur GmbH and its brand masunt are providing training. Jannik Scharf started his training in the field of dialogue marketing on 1 September 2017. The young man from Wedel spends three days a week on masunt’s premises, in Klopstockstrasse in Hamburg, and two days a week at the vocational school. As a practical undertaking, masunt is cooperating with the Hamburg vocational training centre.

The contents of Mr Scharf’s training and his tasks include customer dialogue, acquisition and support. Mr Scharf also takes care of online and offline marketing measures with a view to providing potential and existing customers with comprehensive information.

Even in the first few months, Mr Scharf has integrated well into Resatur GmbH’s existing team and he successfully brings the masunt products’ innovative code allocation closer to customers. Mr Scharf helps customers if they have any issues with hardware and software and explains issues relating to the masunt stainless steel key safes and fire brigade key deposit boxes.

The addition of a trainee is helping Resatur GmbH to grow. The company has expanded its product range in recent years and now serves customers throughout Europe and beyond.
